Thats what you think but next season you will want something newer nicer etc.etc. it's a sickness we can't help ourselves. Like everyone has already said miles are relative I have seen bikes with 8k miles that are beat down and bikes with 25+ that are tip top it all depends on how they are ridden and maintained.
There is enough people on here that if you found a bike that you really wanted I'm sure someone would go with you to look at it. It is hard to tell the condition of a bike from a picture. And read the ad most and I say most but not all the time a bike that has "custom paint" has been down they just don't want to tell you.

Reasoning>?

I had a 04 600rr Repsol Replica. It was a great bike, super confident on it. A real looker. I have a 04 R6 right now, similar mods, and the R6 mops up the 600rr... Its all over after 9.5k...Hands down. If your going for a r6 tho, spend the wee extra bit and buy a 06+ or newer...fact.

"ninjas, gixxers, and cbrs look alot nicer"
A classic noob response. Do yer research bro.

BTW--@ the OP. Great community huh? lol.... Welcome to BRN

Sounds like he did! to call the guy a noob because he knows what looks good isn't nice.

He said he's new, he's not gonna give a crap if one bike is .06 seconds faster around willow springs.

Go with what looks good AND feels good when ur on it.

If your spending the money, get the 06 or newer, like 4500 for a good deal on one. Plus they look MUCH sexier..

not just .06 seconds faster, a whole new generation of bike bro.
