might be good for someone to make a stunt bike out of it... $8500 for an 04 and 15K miles seems a BIT too steep....

It says the valves were done at 8500 - (at 8500 miles valves were checked). Where does it say a price? And why is their crack involved?

Well it does say that he has Nitrous. Perhaps he took it off the bike and huffed while surfing CL. I do that sometimes too.

Not sure if he meant valved or VALUED at 8500...Based on his add I'm pretty sure his keen taste for customizing is also representative in his grammar. " bike got valved at 8500, have papers to prove that as well from insurance "

"dealer went threw at 15000 miles tuned it up and adjusted valves"

No crack here... the nitrous bottle is empty though.

Damn that thing is SUPER custom... no wonder it's a show bike!!! Has anyone ever seen a bike in Boise with non-OEM paint, non-OEM sprockets, polished parts, gel seat, lowered, & an aftermarket exhaust? He is very justified in saying 'fully custom', there's not an OEM part on that bike!!! Ignore the fact that I just explained 90% of Boises sportbikes.

Seeing as how he's got at least 4 non OEM parts on that bike (seat, exhaust, paint, sprockets) (FULLY CUSTOM), I'd say whatever price he is asking, it's not enough!

/end sarcasm

Looks 100x better than any of the POS parked in your garage WD. That bike has seen more RECORD track days than you have teeth. So check yourself.

Pretty sure he meant "valued". I don't believe insurance companies do valve jobs...

For that I am calling the B word out! I didn't in any way shape or form down your bike or you.... Ryan stated that paint, powder coat wheels and no brand stickers made it a custom bike. I used your bike as an example of custom, so phuck off, it was a compliment. Pull your head out before you run your mouth! POS in my garage? Really? Tell me about my POS's... Count my teeth, tell me how many. Now, you done bein a Bit-CH?

If its the bike I'm thinking of it is a POS and he is a con artist douche cadet. He ran it out at firebird once and it was slower than hell.

Who the #### are you to talk trash on anyone on her tish.. you have no credibility for one.. you drag on a local track and have no titles to speak off. your not a pro. half of what comes out of your mouth is sh#t all you can do is try and look down on everyone like for Fucking royalty or on the front page of a magazine all the time.. Thus leading to my point.. most these guys on her have bleed crashed had real time on a bike or actually have a love for the sport unlike someone like you who uses it for a image witch makes you look like a skank who is a complete fake.. One day you will learn to shut your mouth or its going to bite you in the ass and we will all be there to watch..

Dang. This sounds like farking nightmare Christmas Dinner at my ex-inlaws house.

1st. The author of the CL ad should consider how many people would feel confident enough to buy a modified bike that has been "valued" by an insurance company, from a person who appears completely illiterate. (Not too much offence to all the illiterate people on this forum)

2nd, I'm not sure why anyone can lay claim to a superior reason for owning a bike... much less the pile of bikes that Tish has in her garage at any given time. The number or reasons is endless, none are really better then the other. I suspect, that credit due to her current choice of employment, ownership of several styles of bikes, and her participation in any form of motorcycling competition, regardless of success, failure.. demonstrates a pretty clear love and dedication for this admittedly dangerous obssession that we share. So Hellfire: While you are certainly free to post as many opinions on this as you please, I don't think this particular post was very well thought out or persuasive... but keep talking because the wheel in the gerbil cage can't spin itself.

3rd, Trash talking is the entire point and source of entertainment on this board for me, and quite a few others (esp WD). I would even go so far as to point out that checking each other as we are checked ourselves is a reasonable alternative to the common condition allicting bikers known as "Dickheadedness". We give and TAKE our lumps with pride and a pinch of salt. Personally, I trash talk WD on a weekly basis, off this board, to his face, without ever so much as meeting the guy. Since he can cope with THAT, pokes from Tish are most certainly the least irritating part of his day. He'll live.

WOW! Now lets all sit in a circle holding hands and sing...."Kumbaya".....

Hellfire, thank you for feeling as though you had to back me, I appreciate that. Not needed, she simply irritated me with her ignorance, similar to a couple others in the past. But again appreciated much.

duckllr, you are correct, it did nothing to my day, but it did get me a little fired up. Tish "assumed" I was making a dig at her and/or her bike, and shot her mouth off in an attempt to "put me in my place". First, she has no chance at putting me in my place, considering I have helped her out in the past asking nothing in return simply to help a "another rider" out. As for her dedication, I don't think she has dedication to anything but herself, that is the way I have seen it.

She can attempt to flame all she wants, the people that matter on this forum know me well enough to decide what is fact or not. Especially with what is in my garage, hell Tish hasn't seen me or anything of mine in what, a year?

Now, back to the custom flaming!!! The numbnuts that created that ad should consider fixing his valved/valued and best of luck selling it for "$8500".

that would be a way better bike if it wasnt slammed to the ground and if it didnt have an uber gay extended swingarm, you know, so you could ride it like a sport bike

Hey man that bike served its purpose and was built to do so. Not to mention it scrubbed rubber with the extensions and the tire on Lowman

But youre 100% right, the hard part mods arent much for "sportbike/road racing" enthusiasts. It does wheelie though, ask Lost Cause LOL
