Chris asked me to post that bet for him. I am just asking him to back up what he say's in his pitch to try to get 5k out of it. If it can run 9.8 @145 then it might be worth $5k if not than its worth about $2500

I have never claimed to be the best or the fastest. Hell Chris stomps me on his stock bike. If I was gonna make claims to anybody on this forum being the best or fastest I would have to either say Jeremy (Badass) or Chris(Bungeeguy) would take that title IMHO.

I was asking somebody with alot of experience building and racing drag bikes and he told me to post up that he would race the guy for his asking price, since he claims his bike can do it

I really don't understand why thing thread went so offtopic. The guy is trying to sell a bike. That's it. He hasn't replied ever sense he said he does not have any proper gear to race with. And after no reply's I think the message is pretty clear. Just let the guy sell his bike for his asking price, if he sells that's terrific, if not, well he will figure something out. Either way, whatever happens its his bike and he can do whatever he wishes with it. Overprice it, or under-price it. He owns the title and he can do whatever.

The only point I was trying to make is if you are gonna make claims to your bikes capabilities when trying to sell it than be willing to back it up. As for the bet Chris told me to post he wanted to race the guy for money if he's tellin the truth. Then everyone decided I'm a douche because chris wants to race this guy. I was staying on topic. If the bike does what he says then (can't believe these words are coming out of my mouth) I think I might buy my first honda.. I just want to see for my self that it cab do it before I throw away my money on a bike that doesn't do what I bought it to do.

Wow! Holy chit in so many areas... Seller: descent bike, price is probably a little high, but your typing wrote a check that your bike could never cash. Every racer on here knows that your bike will never run a 9 so whoever told you that is full of crap. If you honestly believe it will, I will pay your entry fee and help you find a full set of leathers for the race. If not then good luck with your sale.
Scott, When I said I would love to race that guy on my stocker I really didn't think you were going to drag my name through a whole page of posts.

I got leathers, boots, helmet, etc... you can barrow. I would like to see this. Let me know what you need and I am sure we can round up whatever you need to make a few passes at firebird. street bike races this fri night Aug 27th. gates open at 2 and races start at 6:30. Their is a open test day sept 4 from 11-4 and street racing at firebird from 6-10 the same night. I will even pay your entry fee if you run anything faster then a 10 sec 1/4 or higher then 135mph.
Is the bike normally aspirated or does it have nitrous, turbo, etc?
If it is normally aspirated I will pay your dyno fee if it makes over 130hp. Should easily make over 130hp if it has made 160hp before. Then you can shut up all these haters.
