bank still owns the bike... or stolen.

Don't worry, it is super easy to get a title... just ask the seller that doesn't have it

I know they all say the same thing "the DMV said it would only be about 2 weeks to get the title." Bull###t nothing the DMV does takes less than three. Its not going to be a track bike bailey looking at dirt bikes. I cant stand not riding in the winter so i need to do something.

You can call the DMV and they will run the VIN # and tell you the status of the title. They will not give you the owners name but they will confirm it if you know it. They can also tell you if the title is branded or has a lien on it too.

A dead hooker maybe? You can get em pretty cheap in Nevada. They are good for fertilizer in the tire planters.

Brandon is still there not sure wtf is going on honestly - pimpit knew the bike and saw an add in south Reno saying not to buy it after brandon had already left to go get it - it is stolen - no title - but the guy who owns it found it on craigslist and is supposedly calling the cops on the guy who has it..... neither one of them has the title - interestingly enough - its been tipped over or dropped - now Brandon cant get a hold of the guy who has the bike or the douche that says he has the title - so who fricken knows -

Brandon and R1Brandon are in Sacramento right now - and apparently haven't heard ###t from either guy in Reno since earlier today- so I pretty much, I am not getting a bike -

I have spoke with the owner of the bike but the person that has the bike nobody can get ahold of him. If I can find the bike the owner has agreed to sell it to me for a decent price. Also waiting for a call on an 01 cbr600 f4i that has been wrecked with a clean tittle.

Good luck man. I got my fingers crossed for you. Hate to see you come home empty handed. Wish I would have got ahold of you a little sooner, but like you said, you probably would have still gone.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck but it just means you'll find something better. I will keep my finger crossed for you.

I know what you mean though. I've been looking for a bike and I'm having problems with people calling/texting/emailing me back. I explain I have money in hand and nothing oh well LOL

In fact if your interested and have decent credit, I have a bike I'd like to get rid of. It's my wifes FZ6. We have a loan on it, but if your willing we could go down and transfer it into your name. I'll let it go for just what's left on the loan. My wife liked it but I taught her to ride on my F4i and now she wants it, and I kinda want a new ride as well.

Here's some pics for ya.

What about this one?? He has been trying to sell it since about late last summer. He doesn't seem to have gotten much interest, so you may be able to knock a few hundred bucks off. And to boot it's a sweet old school bike!!
