I don't know if this is a stupid question/answer or not. But have you tried to unplug your battery, let the system restart and ride it?

Reason I ask is when I installed a cold air intake on my car I actually had to restart the battery for the ecu to reprogram itself.

wash or replace your airfilter depending on what type you have.

inspect your plugs and replace if necessary.

add seafoam tou your tank. 1oz per gallon of fuel. your bike has a 4 gallon tank so 4oz or 1/2 cup of seafoam to a full tank of fuel.

if you have a power commander installed, put a zero map on it so the bike is running off just the ecu.

try these things and report back after running through a tank or 2.

also how long do you let the bike idle to warm up before you start riding?

what temp do you let the bike get to before you ride it?

injector cleaner

i run injector cleaner through my bikes every spring. i get the cleaner though autozone. its about an 8oz bottle and i use 1/3 of it per tank. i also replace my spark plugs most the time every year but i ride about 10k miles a year too. air filter is also a once a year replacment for me.
