Older Timer Sport Bikers - A little help?

Does anyone remember those motorcycle covers that only cover the top of the bikes?

They'd go from under the headlight cowl, around the indicators, stretch over the tank and attach (loop around the tail.. They were strechy and were just to keep the sun off really - I think they were called tankini's or something..

Any ideas, I remember them from the mid-late ninties..?

Kinda like this but shorter - http://www.pashnit.com/product/geza.html

I Ride: with dubious judgement, but niceness

I've got one of these for the FJ1200, just never seem to need to use it.
Seems to be a good product, though.
Price is right, too.

Yeah, it is called a tarp...Why are you thinking us old timers know what it is? The only thing I have ever used was a tarp and it was short term use

The Geza cover does work well though. My brother had one and packed it with him on our rides to keep the dew off the seat at night. I just used a hotel towel to dry mine off.

Yep, Geza. They have a vast lineup, all expensive. Some indoor covers, some outdoors.

Yeah.....I got one back in the late 70s, and I found it earlier this year when cleaning the garage. They seemed like a great idea. I only used it when I was away from home, because the bikes were always garaged otherwise.I can't recall the manufacturer though....Probably not around anymore anyway.
