ok need r1 help

i toasted my voltage regulator and battery replaced both now i have no spark on 1 and 4 so i replaced coil still nothing checked volts have like .3 on coil 2 and 3 but have over 12 volts on the lead wires going to 1 and 4, i am told it should not be 12 volts when not running so where do i look next can find any wires bad all fuses ok ideas??

Change your cdi box.
