Good find Loop! One of the first things someone should do when they buy a new bike is set suspension. Unfortunately a lot of people are intimidated by it, this should help!

i found something similar to this and set my suspension up. helped me out with rebound while up in the 12 position

If its going to be a sticky, shouldn't it be moved to the Fix or Repair Daily->How To section?

I might recommend copy/pasting the original thread. That way if they move their thread; upgrade forum software ect we still have it.
I figure it's fine as long as you give the original person credit somewhere.

I think if we just move it to FORD and leave the link intact, we won't be plagiarizing anyone. If they change the link, we can find it later.
