Got some new stickers today

If I had EFI, I'd be almost caught up to the 21st century.

Dude - just get a NOS sticker and get full power already!

Seriously though, VERY nice. Let us know how the handling changes.

I was thinking about hiring that guy from Craigslist to ride it around my neighborhood so he could give me his opinion.

I never thought of you as a "sticker guy" Cider. You got enough HP to work your magic when riding. But, now that I think about it, would a Chevron, Texaco, or Stinker sticker help you with running out of gas??

I'd run 'em if it would help!

Traxxion isn't sponsoring me, so the stickers are coming off, but it's all I have to show for my money (the bling's inside).

No, I think you would still have to check your fuel level before hitting the track.
So, did you send the forks off to get worked over? What all did they do to them?

They replaced the medieval-technology damper rods with cartridge kits and added new fork caps with adjustments for rebound/compression. Almost like a real sportbike now. Almost.

Nice! Wish I could do that with the Ascot, but then again, the rest of the bike would still be 80's tech.

They claim that they'll fit AK-20s to any forks. They even have a gas-charged version if you really want to go all out.

I'll check them out. I was just thinking of going with progressive springs for under $100 just to get rid of the pogo effect.
