I hope thats what I conveyed and not that I think your bikeis inferior in any way. I know you both have worked very hard on the bikes and they look great.
I dont want one of you guys coming one street over and keying my car. LOL Gotta stay on good terms with my neighbors. Dont want to offend anyone that can retaliate in 5 min or less! LOL
LOL no offence taken I'm always up for listening to others opinions. It's always good to hear new ideas even if they end up like Scooters bike

Just leave your keys in it in your driveway and we will make sure it's in parts in your yard

If the bike were completely stripped, My company could have sandblasted the frame and powdercoated it for right around a hundred bucks and probably get it done in a day or two. If the time comes, or another project comes up, let me know. We do a sick textured flat black on parts almost every single day, so we can just batch it with parts we are already doing, saves on $$$. Call Troy (me) or John @ Metal Products West. 442-1422. I can send pix of my Triumph Bonneville frame we just coated last week if you want to see a sample, although I chose gloss black for it...

No Dice on Ceramic Coating, unfortunately. I'm not sure who does, wish I could help but I don't know who does.

The price depends on the color (whether I have it in stock or not) and the condition (if they need sandblasting or just a wipe down with degreaser). I always like to see them first (a close-up pic or bring them by the shop) before I give a firm estimate, but generally $30-$40 per wheel on the low end, $50 per wheel if they are in rough shape and need blasting. If its a fancy color your after, we will need to see what quantities the supplier can get it in and build it into the price. We carry most basic colors and a few types of black in stock (flat and gloss). Best thing you can do is come by the shop. 1908 Industrial road in Nampa. Bring a wheel or if they are currently on the rig, drive it on over!

Had to adjust the valves, and get it ready for the 3rd. Waiting on valve shims and a gasket that I had to replace. She has been down for almost a week.

My comment about borrowing the scooter was the smartass comment lol. What was wrong with the carbs? are they out of sync? Not worried about getting sick, so my offer still stands. I hate seeing a good bike torn down for to long. Especially since we have only been getting a couple of nice days at a time.

I'm not sure what's wrong I know it's not the sync. He bought new spark plugs. I'm not sure if that's all he had to do.

Ryan...Trust me I'm about to trade this one in on a trike (like the red ones little kids ride) LOL. As long as I don't have it in the shop all riding season like last year I will keep it a little while longer

Spark plugs are pretty easy. I should have my choice of either an old zx7 or a tl1000r to ride if the GSXR isn't ready.

Yea, it's nice to have options. I just happened to have got lucky and have a friends with a couple of bikes that owes me favor. A friend in need is a friend indeed as the saying goes . Hopefully sometime this year I will be able to pick up another bike so I can have options too lol. I'm kinda holding out for an 07 black and silver 750. I've wanted it since the first time I saw and rode it. Could have picked it up a couple of years ago for like $5k butdidn't have the money at the time

Thanks for the offer. Ninjas not running on all cylinders, I am hoping it's just fouled plugs, I should be able to have her on the road by sat.

Sweet, hope it is just the plugs or something simple. Offer still stands if it ends up being more

Dennis at Cyclone Cycles ROCKS. My bike wasn't going to be ready for the meet and greet and now I get to take it. Let's just say he's very creative when it comes to finding parts for my bike
