I suspect I'll do a ride first then go and hang out for a bit. Any suggestions? I'm tempted to do another Owyhee Res. ride. That place is too cool.

If you're seeking a destination this Saturday, the blues duo that is made up of a couple of fellow riders from this site is playing once again, "back by popular demand", at the Gold Mine in Idaho City on Saturday the 14th from 2pm 'til 4pm. Catch some great blues and be back in time for Bike Night at SRY. Oh yeah..... |

My bike night plans just got altered. We are going to take our quads to my dads cabin in Crouch and go play up on Packer John, and then jump in the Terrace Lakes Pool instead of a street ride. Gotta love family time!

My favorite route to Owyhee res. starts at the Lakeview Martket/Chevron at Hwy 45 lakeshore drive. go south to Walter's Ferry and the then West to Marsing and Homedale through Adrian then up to the Reservoir and back down go towards Nyssa then back through Parma then the interstate back to Boise or whatever.

On the way to the canyon the twisties are pretty mellow. Once on Owyhee lake road twisties are tight and plentiful. the road is a bit rough so gotta tone it down a bit. It is a hella fun ride though. How about meet up at the lakeshore market at 0900, KSU 0915-0930. |

I'll be at bike night. Might be on the BadAscot if I get it put back together today. Otherwise, on the crusty old CBR.
