Anyone have a spare GoPro i can borrow?

I was wondering if anyone has a Go Pro around that i can borrow for a day or two. I would like to get some video of me leanin the bike over and setting the camera on the rear of the bike so i can watch my body position and learn from it. I can do lefts, but i need to see where i can improve on right turns. I know i have posted something like this long ago, but i was wondering if anyone would still be willing to let me borrow one

If anyone has one i can borrow, please feel free to shoot me a PM or text. I'd appreciate it alot!

I know this isn't what you were asking but, I learned I had to relax my left hand/arm in right hand turns.

I think because my right hand was trying to be smooth with the throttle, my left hand was compensating with the steering. I had to force myself to steer and apply throttle with my right hand and just relax my left hand. I also have to remind myself to rest my left forearm on the tank to help it relax.

Once I figured that out my right hand turns were almost as good as my left.

Oh and btw, a butt cam isn't really going to show you anything... You need someone to film or photograph you from the front and back to really see your body position. I'm more than willing to run up to Bogus with you and do this when I'm not on-call.

I've tried relaxing my left arm and hand, but for some reason it just doesn't seem to work. Plus its tough to rest my arm on the tank because its a straight flat tank, its not like your guys' tanks on the new bikes unfortunately. I've been told some of it may be because of the dominance issue between being right and left handed, but that could be wrong. If Bogus isnt full of sand, i wouldn't mind that. I'm kinda scared of Bogus though cuz the last time i rode it with my Interceptor, i almost went down due to giant sand patches still on the road, and it was around this time too. But i will let ya know and see when your free. Thanks for the advice!!

We get a lot of vibration puting it on the back of the bike.. you might want to see how it does prior to leaving. It almost makes ya motion sickness watching a video we record on the back of the bike. Just a FYI..

I have a video on Youtube from the back of my bike and it bounces some. I am on a Cruiser ( Kawasaki Vulcan ) so it may be way different on your FZR

Any motion sickness from the rear view has nothing to do with vibration if you stick it on your head: https://vimeo.com/44253113

Cool video Andrew. Is there any motorized vehicle you don't have?

Lots. I sold my plane, dirtbikes, and Ducatis awhile back, (The Ferrari was on loan from a friend). Never owned a boat or a snowmobile (yet). Now I spend my wifes money on our horses, quads, and the Armageddon bike.

Hence the rear facing helmet mount suggestion. There are also ways of damping vibrations that can be investigated. GoPro supplies a little gromit that helps too.
