I Ride: The Armageddon, Orange Crush | Interesting demo ride
Today, I demo'd a ZERO electric motorcycle. I came away pretty impressed. The fit and finish was very good, although it needs more minor set up (mirrors and levers not properly adjusted, suspension settings were seriously over damped) but all in all, a very intriguing motorcycle! Good brakes, very impressive power, and silent operation put a smile on my face. I tossed it into a few corners and it behaves like a normal motorcycle. Having local dealer support makes the off road version a very possible future purchase for me. Thumbs up. http://www.bigtwincycles.com/ |

Glad to hear the technology has improved to the point of making bikes the general public would like. I think a silent off road bike would be ideal. You could get much better wildlife viewing with a quiet bike. I still won't be able to get my camera out and take a decent picture but I will be able to have the memories.

Pretty spendy for the amount of battery life.Of course you save money by not having to buy a Termi exhaust to make it run right .Would be great to see the BPD on the loop scrambling to get their radar gun out. |

Anyone looking to save money would do well to never purchase a new motorcycle. They have a new version 2013 of the dirt bike coming out soon that will have much more range and proper sized tires. No Termi needed | |
