WSBK 7/22 ***Spoilers***

So who watched WSBK yesterday? Race 1 was crazy with a wet track and riders on slicks. Looks like Sykes found his pace in the last test and Rea once again tried to fit his bike somewhere it didn't belong. Only difference is he paid the price this time instead of the other rider.

Race 2 was great with Melandri and Sykes battling until the last lap. I was really surprised Sykes was so strong on the brakes in certain corners. Hats of to Melandri though, he really earned the double this weekend even I was rooting for Team Green.

It also seems like WSBK has their cameras/production sorted it out as the races are starting to look much better than the beginning of the season.

Yeah, good races - the race 2 fight between Sykes and Melandri was great!

It really was, I thought Melandri was done when he almost lost it under braking.

What track was this race at? Bill, that was a 2011 race you posted. It's the thought that counts.

Glad to see the Kawi run race pace till the end but c'mon Checa, what's up man? Did the other teams really get that much better? You demolished the competition last year and were looking to do the same at the beginning of the season. If Ducati comes back in with a factory team they better treat you like a king. One bad tire choice and a couple crashes or you would be sitting pretty right now.

The Duc is old man... The BMW's, Aprilia's and Kawi's are just more advanced. Supposedly Checa didn't care for the Panigale either.

That's what made last year so impressive. And he was off to a cracking start this year as well. Speaking of old. Too damn bad Haga didn't go out on top.

The FIM also added weight to the Duc this year. I think something like 16 Kg.

Watched the race last night. Sykes looked really good, almost ashame he lost. Malandri on the BM'er is a factor now. On a down side, Malandi almost took out his teammate in the second race.

Looking forward to the next race, I hope Malandri wins it this year.

I like Melandri, but I like Sykes more. I just remember watching Melandri in GP and not doing so well toward the end.
