I Ride: Something that makes this woman squeal with delight.

That makes 2 today. Around 7:30 this morning I heard on the radio that a motorcycle vs car collision occured on Columbia near 10 Mile.

I pray that the riders in both accidents will be ok.

At that link it says:

"Officials say the driver of a vehicle likely did not see the motorcyclist when they collided near W. Columbia and S. Old Farm Lane road."

Now the officials are making up the standard excuse FOR THE CAGER

When the real reason is..."Sorry, I had my head up my ass, and wasn't paying attention" (or ACTUALLY driving the car).

According to the Idaho Statesman article about the accident on Eagle Rd, the motorcyclist rear ended the car. He has non-life threatening injuries. http://www.idahostatesman.com/2012/0...otorcycle.html

From the Statesman article on the Eagle accident:

"The crash is under investigation. Leslie said investigators have not yet determined why the motorcycle failed to stop."

Which is nicely covered by this:

See it cuts both ways.

*so you know, you're twice as likely to be strike a car from the rear than to be stuck by one.

My post was based on what was stated at the linked site and was/is in quotation marks.

different accidents, this has pics of car with FRONT END DAMAGE: http://api.viglink.com/api/click?for...13438822556044
This one happened at a different place and time:

How do you text when you have to hold the throttle
Operator error is not dependent on the number of wheels.

"*so you know, you're twice as likely to be strike a car from the rear than to be stuck by one."
And thanks for the tip...
