No Scott. I buy them from MG Moto. The owner and I were in high school together and have been friends for years. So anytime I can throw money his way to help him out, I do.

Well what the hell? I have been looking for colored tires to match the color of my bike. Does nobody make them?

Glad to hear he is doing ok. Yea, that's where I met him. He did some work on a few of my bikes before I met my buddy Eric. Good guy, great prices. I highly recommend him. He always went above and beyond for me, and threw in little extras.

Cool. I try to keep my money with the locals too. Especially if it helps a friend (hence why I order parts from you.... well that and the sweet deals lol)

Oh good. I'm not trying to be an ass (I was born this way). I just keep seeing people spend bookoo on the sizzle, trying to imagine themselves feeling the benefits that are frankly indiscernible for anyone not on the track. Remember, I too used to be in sales of high performance items, so I can relate to keeping up with the product info you are selling. I applaud you for studying up, even as I dish it out. All part of my MO

They have to have atleast one person there that knows something about the products they sell right?

Congrats Sean for keeping up on things. Good to know there is atleast one person there that would rather study about the products they sell, than the rack and ass that just walked through the door

I don't give a flip how long they don't last. My bike is most stable in the dirt when on the gas. I rode other tires, but they all are more street biased. The knobbies are predictable on the street, even in the cowshit (tested).
there fixed that for ya...Yeah its word.

Hey all, I picked up a new 160/60x17 BT-016 for the rear of my 03 SV650 Suzuki and have only put a couple of hundred miles on it so far. I have been running Pilot Powers for a few years and loved them until I started to melt them on hard rides with my buddies. So I went with Power Races, med rear and PRC soft front. And those have worked excellent for me. I ran over something and killed my good rear race and thought that I would give the rear 016 a try. First off I noticed that the bike handles very similar to the way it did with races front and rear (very stable).

On a ride with my bros who were running full race tires I had no problems at all with the rear sliding. It stuck great and gave good feedback. It's too soon to tell how it will wear, but it only looked slightly used after the 200 miles. I have yet to try it in the rain, but will soon. :-( I am an Ex AFM class champ and push a little harder than most street riders. I rate this tire excellent and would recommend it to all levels of street/track riders. I will buy another rear as needed. And a front as soon as I wear my PRC out. Bridgestone has an excellent product with their new BT-016's
