Great example of transplants causing trouble in Boise... http://www.ktvb.com/home/Car-goes-in...168226136.html BOISE -- Two people are in police custody in connection with an armed robbery at a Boise convenience store Friday afternoon after a police pursuit ended with the suspects crashing into the Boise River. Boise Police say a man robbed the Stinker Station at 300 North Orchard Street, near the intersection of Morris Hill Road in Boise. The crime was reported around 6:30 p.m. Witnesses told police that a male suspect entered the store, displayed a weapon and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Moments later a vehicle description was relayed to officers who spotted the Hyundai Elantra near Chinden Boulevard and 34th Street in Garden City. The two suspects in the car tried to elude police on 34th Street, but ended up driving into the Boise River. A male suspect attempted to run across the river, but gave up after becoming tired. The female suspect was taken into custody immediately. No one was injured during the chase. "They came up right [the street], and then they flew, and then they landed in the water. It was crazy. And I'm glad I didn't go swimming today because that's where we swim, me, my sister and my neice," witness Isabell Owings said. A handgun that detectives believe was used in the crime and other evidence was recovered at the scene. Police say Brian G. Fletcher, 41, and Brandy J. Vialpando, 38, both from Arizona, are being booked into the Ada County Jail on charges of robbery. Additional charges may be forthcoming. |

The guy tried to "run across the river but gave up when he became tired" lol who is this guy Jesus lol. Crashed into the river and didn't have the presence of mind to toss the gun in the water. Fucking rocket scientists.
