For someone that has already lost body parts due to an ignorant woman talking on a cell phone, I don't care to ever hear anyone say what you did. There is a time and place for everything, and while lane splitting might be against the law that doesn't mean some won't do it, and it doesn't mean you can drive recklessly to try and stop it. Taking the law into your own hands will only end bad for you.
There was an incident on one of the lowman runs last summer, some of you may recall by the turn off to crouch some of us passed this truck. I was two up with bailey, he wasnt doing anything illegal or rude neither were any of you and this crew cab truck swerved at not just one but a few of us. I remember looking over saying "holy shiot that trucks close" and yes he was close, close to making my kids ORPHANS.

A bike will do less damage to a truck/car then a truck/car will do to them. We might dent your bumper but someone using their vehicle against us WILL kill us.

All your going to do is dent his bumper, better strap some explosives on that bike of yours.

Re: Lane Splitting - OFFICIALLY Illegal in Idaho

i beg to differ...i think a 600 lbs missle traveling at 150mph would put more than a dent in a pickup.... granted about 200lbs of it would just go splat or become superman material...but still....

young men in their early 20's........lets face it........we're just plain stupid and ignorant at that age......no, its not an excuse....its a reality!
Yea well this ignorant stupid young man has spent two years over seas defending your Dumb ass!! Already had two of my best friends killed coming back home and getting into A motorcycle accident.. One of them was 28 a staff sgt in the army.. was killed in wyoming when a guy driving a truck claimed he never saw him coming.. the guy crossed two lanes and caused Nick to hit the brakes and send him in a death wobble, lost control and the car behind him ran him over... Brian was a great guy to... he thought running from cops while running about 160 on his bike was a good idea. well instead of out running the cops he lost control on a tight corner that was still sandy... the wreck broke his back and several bones.. he died before the ambulance could get to the hospital... I would never try and hurt or kill one of my fellow riders.. I have lost to many as it is..

Not going to sit here and argue... what you said was a threat - plain and simple. Feel free to keep trying to defend what you said, but i've had enough. buh-bye.

OFFTOPIC: Hellfire, after reading what you stated, I dont see how that is take back, you denied saying it. But anyway, build a bridge and get over it, everyone!

Lane Splitting is NOT legal in Idaho!!!!

My opinion is that it should be, but, everyone knows opinions are like that land of perpetual darkness, otherwise known as an "A" hole, and we all have them!

Wow, my point proven even further...your loss of your brothers at arms is sad I'll give you that...but it still doesnt change my opinion or your attitude....but carry on...flame away....call me what you will....its nothing I've never heard before.....

I always find it great how the fact that just because some of you have served over seas means you deserve instant respect for how you act in normal civilization..... Dont get me wrong...and those that know what matters knows full well that I have the utmost respect for anyone that "DEFENDS MY DUMB ASS" I'm pretty sure I thank my Father, Grandfather, Stepdad, and all the rest of my family members that have served and have seen more loss of friends than you probably ever will......but all of them know one thing for a fact.....that if they had the attitude of putting someone's or many people's lives at risk by way of brake checking or any other means of un necessary road rage...I would lose any and all respect for them....regardless of their services to this country........

dude!

Re: Lane Splitting - OFFICIALLY Illegal in Idaho

Looks like Hellfire has a heck of a way with winning friends and making good impressions.

BTW bro, some of us were defending YOUR freedom before you were born. There is no need to brag about your service.

What you said was a threat and you were called on it. Just man up and deal with it. My suggestion is for you to sit back, take a seat, have a beer and read up through the archives.

Not that I want to get on-subject or anything but Wasn't there someone that was writing something up to send to state legislation to try and legalize lane splitting? Did anything come of that? I'm no real goods wit du big people wordz but I'd coppy a good letter or sign a petition to get lanesplitting to be a reality. I hear that's the way you change laws and such.
