| 2009 Idaho STAR registration opens....
March 2nd...or so. Start checking then. You'll also want to take a serious look at the BRT 2 which is basically the second day of the BRT (beginner rider training). When you take the BRT 2 you can ride your own bike or one of the STAR rides. TO BE PERFECTLY CLEAR--the BRT, BRT 2 and the ERT now all use the same riding evaluation--so taking the BRT "cause it's easier" don't jibe no more. BRT is for raw rookies--designed for folks who've never ridden. (1 evening, 2 days) BRT 2 is for folks who can already do the basic clutch/shift/turn thing. (1 day) ERT is Experienced riders. (1 day) Make good sense? OF COURSE! ps. sorry I missed the Saturday ride but I was 'training'. Enjoy! |

Thanks for posting this up! I have been trying to get my dad to sign up for a STAR class asap so that he can legally come riding around with me some. He wants to get himself a Harley V-Rod sometime this summer assuming the residential construction market picks back up.
