I Ride: Buell Firebolt XB12R

I grew up watching Speedway racing at the Orange County Fairgrounds as a kid. That's where I learned to love the smell of burnt Klotz 2 stroke oil. We used to hang out along the wall and wait until the bikes flew by and duck so we wouldn't take a dirt clod to the face. Oh man the good ole' days.

I Ride: 08 GSXR1000 street 08 GSXR600 race bike 99 TZ125 Smoker 07 KTM 250xcw dirt xr50 pit bike 49cc Pocket bike

HDNet has some great racing on there as well. I was just watching one the other night.

OMC has a oval track although I don't know if it is still in use, but we use to go watch Al Russel's boy race, back in the day.

I Ride: Victory Kingpin, The Harley is deceased :(

Like Buellcru I to grew up watching Speedway as a kid in Bakersfield Ca. My hero at the time was Ron Woods great speedway and flattrack racer. Too bad Boise doesn't have a speedway scene! Fun to watch, one cylinder, one gear, no brakes.

I remember watching the Camel open every year as a kid. White trash bike racing and cigs for kids I miss those days.
