Think officer was wanting you and a couple others - ha! Think u three should help pay off his ticket. He wouldn't give names of the people on the bike. Had fun boys and gals!

Just so you know I am going to be spending more time out shooting this year instead of riding. I need to fund the purchase of a 848. I am about to launch my website with a "Killboy" flair. Hope it doesnt turn out to be a waste of the riding season.

See you all in the corners!![/QUOTE]

Incorporate a radar gun with your camera and you could buy 2-848's.

Now that you mention it....I do have one left over from baseball...somewhere in the storage shed....?

Its like fishing...do you really want to know that the corner you railed was at only 35 mph?

hahaha

I Ride: 2009 Yamaha R1 & 2004 Yamaha YZ450F

I had a lot of fun today. It was nice to see a couple of familiar faces, as well as being able to put some faces to the names/avatars of several of you I hadn't yet met until this afternoon. Nice meeting all of you. You really couldn't have asked for better weather this time of year and the roads seemed to be in fairly good shape.

Zed6E-Great pics of the ride, you do some pretty outstanding work from what I've seen. I saw you out there when we were coming around the first corner as that military looking "thing" was getting ready to pull out on the highway. From a distance it looked like a little kid's go cart or dune buggy.

Lost Cause-Sorry to hear about the ticket. How did he single you out?....or more importantly, get turned around on you with all the other bikes?

I Ride: kawasaki ZX-14, Suzuki Eiger, Yamaha Bruin, and a Artic Cat 250.

Rhonda and I were a little late today but we rode up that way. We stopped at Robie Creek and took pictures there and then we heard all of you go by. When we left we saw a cop and a poor soul getting a ticket. We pulled over at the damn and waited there and he came up and told us what happen. When we got back down towards Federal Way there were cops down there parked and waiting. Weird huh. I guess you all beat them there or took a different way. Then Rhonda and ran into some members at McDonalds and had conversion. Then we gased up and went to Marshing. Just got home a little bit ago. What a good day. Sucks for the guy in the middle of the pack though.

I liked how you waved as we went by. Was priceless, bet it made your story about not knowing the guy on the blue bike more believable.

Sorry to hear about the ticket Chris. Sounds like it was a good ride otherwise.

I was planning on making this ride, but my grandson spent the day with me so we started tearing the Ascot down for the steering head bearing/fork seals and springs change.

Actually, it is more work to be having him help me, but I enjoy teaching him and seeing him want to work on it. We are still working on the "lefty loosey, righty tighty" thing though.

Heck I'm still working on the lefty righty thing
It does take more time to get "help" but it's always worth it and the memories are irreplaceable for both of you
