Great, good for you. I didn't have a problem w/ Lynn or Christy after the fact either....it's when she tried to wave her tattle tale flag over my head last year that made it awkward to be around her, then Lynn insinuating a few days ago that he wants to fight me as a way to fix things. As if things weren't awkward enough. My reply to Lynn on this thread was to point out facts that he was leaving out to Pimpit, so what is wrong w/ that?

So if I "get somewhere on here" does that make me a real person then?! Wow, I'd never have to leave the house! It could be like that movie Surrogates...so cool! Imagine the gas I could save...hmmmm.

I didn't have a problem w/ you guys, and I knew I'd always be running into you both regardless. It was you who started the threating because I called you a squid, then you pulled the "mouth shut" card. If you wanna start talking ###t, I can start spilling to pot too my friend. What happened to your BS post about letting go and moving on?

I Ride: 95 CR500R, various sleds

anyways, the whole clutch thing, i have ridden both cable and juice clutched bikes and i tend to like them both, but as for my sv, it has a hydraulic clutch and it has ZERO middle ground. It is downright scary to launch hard, it goes vertical if the revs are to high or the clutch happens to be warm, its dangerous.

I agree, that's why I'm changing mine. I wonder if you can do the same conversion from a TLS that I'm doing.

I wasn't even talking to you, yet you still get offended?! Jesus...you're the epitome of what I mean when I wrote that people need to quit getting so upset about what's on the damn internet. Keep getting as mad as you are right now, and you'll have high bloodpressure and be bald like me. Don't burst a blood vessel brotha!

Holy chit! I need a bigger bag!
Anyway, to the point of the thread. I would not touch a CBR 1000 unless it was a 08 or newer. The pre 08's really sucked for everything except having a nice bike that rides well. They are a nightmare for drag racing and not the best for the canyons.
If you can find a 08 or newer grab it! they are one of the best bikes out there!

I know, that's why I kept eating popcorn all day - just to enjoy the entertainment, I kept running out - went all to my ass!

from my personal experience limited as it may be....the 07 CBR's are VERY head heavy....I think I could completely eliminate tricep presses and dips from my weekly workout schedule if I owned one of them....

I Ride: Victory Kingpin, The Harley is deceased :(

If your hydraulic clutch isn't working like you want, try bleeding it. When I had my VFR the hydraulic clutch worked great. Just had to bleed it occasionaly to keep the lever feel right, and the ability to slip it on hard launches. Then, I finally bought a Yamaha no problems at all ever with the two that I have owned. Rode the last one for 8 years, without a hitch, was a great bike.
