Bisard turned himself in to police Wednesday afternoon. He posted $10,000 bond and was released within two hours.

Does this sound like the type of treatment 'regular' people would get if facing the same charges?

hmm so drunk on duty cop kills innocent people, isn't arrested or even charged immediately or after the bac test, and then gets a $10,000 bail so he only has to put up a grand and never sit in jail?? 7 felonies and a total of $10,000 bond ??/?? Not being fired until formal charges are filed shit If I got a dui on the job let alone in a company vehicle i would be fired from any job I have had, let alone showed up intoxicated.

You have to understand that if they arrested him right away and put him in holding or even in a nearby county there is a chance that he's arrested some of the people in there in the past. If it was me I would have thrown him to the sharks anyway. I hope he get's the max.
