Heh heh, he said amc

Sounds like a nice rig. Probably a good thing the gas gauge doesn't work. Strap a couple of cans on the back to get you back to a gas station.

3 miles south of kuna on the west side is a bunch of great places to play on rocks and do some climbs and ditch crossings.
out in the owyhees there are carnage canyon, meat grinder and 2 headed dragon.
off harris creek road in horseshoe bend there is a great trail run.
3 miles east of pleasant valley rd there is no cajones which is a pretty good rock run as well.
behind lake lowel 2 ol boys built a playground made of cement culvert.

most the time u only get pulled over and get a ticket for stuff like that if u were doing something else wrong(like speeding or something) My truck sits above the bumper law and have not beed pulled over yet. Buddy of mine has a truck that sits just as high with no mup flaps and has not been busted yet....oh yeah, and his tires stick out pass wheel well too. Dont worry about stuff like that, just have fun with the new toy!

My buddy has been popped twice in the last year for no mud flaps. No speeding or anything. As a matter of fact he was going out to dinner both times. Maybe he should stop eating out.

Working at a 4X4 shop I can tell you that it is a good idea to get some sort of flares or flaps on there. I've heard some stories from some customers about the tickets they got for not having them. I had one customer flip a rock up that hit the motorcycle cop that happened to be behind him. He ended up with a reckless endangerment charge that cost him about $800 all said and done. I've also had customers run around for years with no flaps and never get stopped though. Either way, nice toy. You'll have some good fun with it I'm sure.

And i have been there a couple of times with the no mudflap tickets on my old dodge. Just minding my own business on the freeway. State police seem to be more sticklers about it then the county cops. Just make sure to have lots of fun in that thing! So many toys I would like to have, but so much money i don't have!

oh i will have fun.. once i get the gas gauge working right. ive been doin some lookin around and doin some research.. thinkin i might do a cummins swap in it. im also tryin to find smaller tires. like 33s. been told swamper wear out kinda quick. otherwise im am trying to find out when pleasant valley is holding another mud drag. ive checked their site but its not updated. it should be alot of fun once i find some places to go.

I believe the mud racing schedule is posted on Planet4x4.net and if not we usually help organize alot of them so we have schedules at the store. As for the Swampers, you won't see many miles at all if you are hitting the pavement with that thing, especially with the Boggers. Pitbull makes some great tires for decent prices that actually last quite a while. If you have questions on that thing just get ahold of me. If I can't answer your question the other guys at the shop sure can.
