Need Help (Video Software)

I have to create a short slideshow with effects and music before next week for my sisters wedding. In the past I've used Cyberlink Power Director. It was a trial version and you had to have another program to create the disk. What would you guys recommend for software and does anyone have a copy i can use?

It's pretty easy to drop photos into Windows Movie Maker, and then add music. And it has some basic transitions and effects.

I've used Windows Movie Maker on multiple occasions but since this is for my sister's wedding I'd like to make it look a bit better. I just can't spend $100 on a decent program. Redstar is going to help me out tomorrow.
