Can anyone run a motorcycle VIN

I was wondering if someone works for a place that could run a VIN for me so i could find out who is on title. I know i can got to carfax.com but trying to see if someone already has an account so i don't have to spend $35 for one VIN.

The dmv can not sure on the cost thou

DMV should run for free. Could be wrong though but it wouldn't hurt to give them a call.

But will they do it for out of state? I know they do instate for 4.00 but not sure out of state.

dealerships might. They ran the vin on my 1k and I found out all the dealer matinance on it also

I go to tvm in nampa. But I think it depends on the make of the bike. The paper he printed off for me showed all of the recall and dealer work that was done like some motor work battery replaced and recalled frame fixed.
