| Titan dune buggy with ZX6R motor
Here is what I have been working on for the past month. It's a Roketa Titan that originally had a 250 single in it. I pulled the stock motor and put a Kawasaki ZX6R motor in it.

OMG!! That does look sik as hell!! You so have to post up results of a good fun run on that thing. Did you beef up the bars at all? What about the engine mounts? I would think that is gonna put out a hell of a lot more torque than you could get outta that 250. |

I have not actually driven it yet. It is completely done minus the tumbler ignition. Long story but basically you cannot hotwire these motors and I was sent the wrong ignition last week. but should have it any day. W/D I had to put in alot of bracing for the motor mounts and they "should" hold. I will definitely be trying to break as much stuff as possible to see if there are any weak points. Here are a couple more pics of the motor. |

DANG that is just so wicked looking... So no rubber engine mounts? Might feel a lot of vibration through all them tubes. Not to be a buzz kill, hope I am wrong, but the easy fix would be rubber between the engine and mounts.?.? |

It had to be a solid mount or it would have created to much flex for the gearbox and exhaust. I am not expecting any noticible vibration but I will let you know.
