I Ride: 2004 zx6r | It's been 12 years...
Since I had my first and last bike, a Ninja 500. Well, Obama was pretty generous this year with taxes so I think It's about time I rejoined the club. ![]() 99% sure I already have the details of a sale worked out, now my return just needs to get deposited. So anyway, figured I'd pop in and say hi as I'll probably be spending some time on here! Oh and btw, I'm one of 2 black Cable One techs (younger one) in Boise so there's a good chance some of you have seen me around or I might have done some work for you. |

Welcome Conrad. You going to come out and shoot some steel with us in Nampa this morning? I might be able to get you a deal on a slightly bent Harley! Come to breakfast with us next Sunday at the Golden Corral in Boise at 10:00 am. Bill and I might leave you some biscuits and gravy. |

The knee is coming along nicely. Had fun at the match this morning. I've got some reloads that are a tad on the light side. Good for clearing and re-loading practice!

Yeah, I'm not quite up to a shoot & move type match. Steel Challenge works great for me right now. My times were terrible with the pistol. The ammo was loaded too light and wouldn't cycle the gun reliably. Ah well shoot those up for practice and put up some hotter ammo..

Welcome ConradM, Hope you'll enjoy this forum as much a s I have after taking a 17 year break from bikes. May I suggest you look into the Idaho Star program and it's experienced rider course? I took it after I bought my FJR and found I had a few bad habits that needed to break. The course was as enjoyable as it was beneficial. Have fun with new new ride and be safe. |

BTW, I did a solo trip last year from here to Tijuana, Mexico up the west coast to Vancouver Canada and back. It was awesome, I'll tell you about it when I see you. SU Last edited by popparacer; 01-31-2012 at 02:40 PM. | |
