Hi all, new to Boise

Hi BoiseRiders!
I moved to Idaho a couple months ago from southern California for graduate school at ISU. My bike is still in CA but I will be heading down to pick it up in the next few weeks. I'm really looking forward to the start of the riding season here, my bike was a daily driver in socal and I'm having bad withdrawls from not riding. I can't wait to check out the canyon/mountain roads in the area, I hope to meet up with some of you soon for local bike nights(?) and rides.

I lived in Trabuco Canyon, Orange County. Most people realize where that is when I mention that its about 15 minutes from Disneyland.

Welcome GoSuzGo! Can we just call you Suzie, or Suzukie?
I am sure that you will find the site informative, or at least entertaining.

Thanks all for the welcome. The board has already been helpful to me, I had to look up whether or not lane splitting was legal here in Idaho...so sad to find out it IS NOT! ...its gonna take a while for me to get used to the idea of stopping behind cars.

Re: Hi all, new to Boise

Once you see how half of these idiots drive, you will see why lane splitting in Idaho wouldn't be a good thing to do.
