New Buell Rider

Hi Guys,

I've been lurking for about a week, decided I should join. I'm riding a 2003 Buell Firebolt (after a 5 year break). I've owned a 2001 R6 and a 2001 CBR 929. I'll post up some pics when I get the old hog washed up. I'll definitely be meeting up with some of you guys for a ride whenever possible.

I'm not a "stunter", I just really enjoyed the wheelies. Here's an old one from back in the day.

So where around here do you need to do 170mph? Last I checked my bike does well enough for any of the roads around here. I really have no need to cruise at 120.

I know my bike has a top of about 150, but by the time you hit that, the wind has ripped the helmet off your head.

It's ok, I just heard they gave the last Buell away at HighDesert just the other day. So we shouldn't have too many more joining. LOL J./K

Glad to see you found the site. I do have one question, why are you standing on the CBR? That thing does not need to distribute weight to wheelie LMAO!

I don't recall getting my panties in a bunch. I didn't know that asking a simple question and making a simple statement was the definition of getting your panties in a bunch. Thanks for the school lesson though...LOL I would call all that fu fu crap up above "getting your panties in a bunch".
