Hoping to take it to the coast the summer of 2013. I just wish the weather around here was warmer.

busy day today. Had breakfast with other BRN'ers then worked in the garage. I got a lot done but didn't know you had to take the front end apart to get to the blinker wires (they were very short )LOL

I found something to replace the sticker on the window.

Now the question is to paint or not to paint and what color(s)?

I haven't figured out where to put the other sticker yet. Now that I'm back on one of those "crotchrocket bikes" boy oh boy if anyone else at work tells me I'm going to kill myself on this bike I'm going to kill them LOL. They hear sports bike and it's a 1200 and omg I'm just crazy for getting it

Most of them are non-bike owners but one was from someone who has ridden a lot. Which really suprised me because as you all know I ride the same (like a grandma, but works for me ) no matter what bike I ride

I'm so excited the wife of a previous owners wife contacted me and her husband talked to Scooterholic and we were able to find out a lot of things about the bike.

We have reset the Speedo Healer and when the weather gets better I should be able to see if the speedo works woo hoo

I also have a Dale Walker stage 2 jet kit which I assume is a good thing .... Help me out guys??

Thank you SunQuest for contacting me

I Ride: Something that makes this woman squeal with delight.

It was my pleasure. I was very shocked to see the Bandit. I knew I couldn't fill in the details that my husband knows about the bike. But I can tell you that when my husband bought the bike it was in mint condition and was all original. And I can tell you that the bike was in mint condition the day my husband traded it as the bike had never been down. I did notice that the person you purchased it from put a different windscreen on it as my husband left that original. And I like your decal better!

Anyway, super glad to help you fill in the pieces and really glad you reset the speedo healer. It will be super easy to check if it is set correctly by using a gps unit.

Speedo is working but now need to make sure it's calibrated.

Just added new bar ends and grips. I love how there is just a little color in them.
I had to remove the old ones because they had heaters under them and the previous owner cut all the wires to them. I'm hoping to get grip warmers again but they will have to wait. Besides you all know I'm a fair weather rider lmao

I don't think it's a new windscreen it has been painted. I think he scratched it when he laid it down.
