Ok, so after a huge ordeal I finally got my Factory Pro shift star and upgraded spring installed. I took it up to HSB yesterday and it is AMAZING!! Huge improvement over stock, and there is no more "clunk" in the transmission. I actually was in a hurry and forgot to take a pic installed on the bike lol. The gold star is the Factory Pro. Also I got my triple tree and pegs powdercoated. Thanks Loopy!!

p.s. Thanks for the pic James!

p.p.s. I will still be posting a new thread with better pictures when I get the time and the weather cooperates.

Hahahahaha, I wondered if I would be the only one that noticed this.

I better not see Matt on an episode of COPS.

Haha! I posted some pics on another national forum and I didn't really want my license plate out there, so that's why some of them are edited and others are not. Thanks for the compliments guys! And Dave your weird

Your not done matt, you need to pull that exhaust can off and remove the badge from it and then have it powedercoated in high temp black

then put the badge back on

bike looks sick though, nice work!

amd what the hell.....why havent you painted the rear stand to match the bike...

I know, I wish it would have had the carbon yosh on it when I bought it! I just put a modified black version of the stocker on today so it shouldn't be an issue. Or that just means the yosh is ready to go get powdercoated

I Ride: '06 ZX636R

I was told the ninjas were the worst for wheeling because their oil pickup was in the fron of the oil pan therefore starving for oil during a wheelie, but honestly have no idea, I know there's a site I've gotten OEM parts for my 636 that has exploded views of everything, I guess I could check there.

FAIL. 636's are one of the most popular stunt bikes ever built. The newer ZX6's are also stunted by many people. The only bikes that really had oil issues are older gixxers. Like pre 2004.
