First ride of 2012!!

So I'm posting this for one of 2 things to happen.... Either it'll be a fun ride and get together, or I'll jinx it and make it snow, so I can at least go snowboarding for focks sake!!

Ride is planned for Sunday Jan 1st!! First ride of the 2012 season.

Ride will be to Lucky peak dam. Thinking of parking either directly on the dam for photo ops, or the "viewpoint" on top on the right just after the dam.

Metting at 2pm at the Starbucks (for Hot Chocolate or Coffees) on Milwaukee next to Chili's and Cabela's parking lot. KSU at 2:30pm. Thinking of heading out on surface streets, like Franklin or Fairwiew, since the freeway means faster speeds and higher wind chill factors...LOL

So pull the covers off the bikes, blow the dust off and put your cold weather gear on and lets kick off 2012 in style!!

Ride also depends on if there's snow flying!! If the roads are dry then the ride is on!! If roads are shytty and Icy then you can find me at Bogus instead of Lucky Peak!!

Weather man says it should be above 49 degrees on Sunday you guys should have a nice ride. Watch for ice in the shady spots. It's supposed to be rain\snow all week till the weekend.

I'm okay but the bike has a little more damage.All cosmetic and I can't see it from where I sit.Was already on the interstate when the snow started sticking.Got off on the Franklin exit and it went down quick with me sliding behind it.After getting it back up dropped it twice more just getting to the Chevron at Franklin&Cole.Rode it home after work though.
