Thinking about it, but the Fire 5 miles west of Garden Valley may make this ride a wash (no pun intended). It's only 30% contained, and the roads get blocked when the Helo's fill up their buckets in the river.

Anyone been up there recently with any condition reports?

Maybe just a ride from Gowen Chevron to Trudy's is in order (lunch, then back)?

I was hoping it will be contained by then, but if its not Gowen Chevron to Lowman then back would be good. We will know latter in the week.
