Be advised for those who might not now already. They've started chip sealing HWY21 from I think Federal Way all the way up to Lucky Peak and been told to IC.  God I hate that crap. Ruined my planned ride this weekend to IC>  Guess I might have to go the long way thru Garden Valley.  |
