Some nice new girl riders!

I provided a BRC this week and had 3 nice young ladies in my class. It sure is nice to see more girls take up this great sport that we all here love so much! I dont know about up there in Boise, but around here in Mtn. Home, there are not many bike chicks at all.

One has a nice blue and white GSXR600. She removed almost all the stickers and it looks really clean like that. Very nice!
Another has a good looking 04 R6, silver and black. Very nice too!
And finally, the last young lady has a silver SV650S. Nice bike also!

Sorry guys, no pics, so dont ask!

Some nice new girl riders!

"No boys calm down"? I dont get it.

But anyway, I am just happy to see more women getting into motorcycles. When you throw a leg over a bike, it dont mater if you are x or y. All that maters is that you can control the thing. A girl has all the capability that I, or any other guy has. It just seems that not many are into it.

Happy to see more getting out there, thats all.

Re: Some nice new girl riders!

pick me!! pick me.. !!! i am tottally into it.. what I am not into is the wheelies.. stoppies.. highchairs.. and such.. but a little clowning around.. never hurts anyone... I think woman think more of the outcome on certain situations.. what will is cost me if i do??..

I know that is always in the back of my mind. There are times that I am stupid.. but I am a mother and ALWAYS think about the kids 1st.. as who will take care of the kids if this happens.. that is why I get so pissed when I am riding in a pack of bikes and someone does something stupid... as they are not thinking about the others around them, if they happen to lose control.. and where that bike may go..

Re: Some nice new girl riders!

But why are there no good racers out there? A woman has just as much capability as a guy on a bike. A woman can pull in a clutch, shift, roll on the throtle just as easy as any guy.

The ONLY woman I have seen race in AMA was at MMP last year, and the local club racers with almost no buget have faster lap times.

This is not against women. There has to be some ladies out there that can straight haul ass on a track. I would LOVE to see that. And think of the sponsors. A whole new audiance would follow too.

No reasin we dont have more girls on bikes.............

YOU CAN DO IT!

When it comes right down to it, I would put my wife on her own bike, but like most of the girls I know, she is afraid of the bikes. It is nice to see some that will ride.

I have the opposite problem with my wife....she wants to learn badly, but I am afraid for her (and everyone on the road) to learn. She has enough road rage and a lead foot driving the truck, I would absolutely hate to see her in control of a bike.

I guess I am lucky then, my wife hasn't got a temper when driving and just drives mellow as can be, and is also defensive, so far no tickets either. Me on the other hand

SHe drives her truck like it's a corvette (it just doesn't go as fast)...and as far as tickets go, she has a pretty good count going, i think it's something like 7 or 8 in the past 3 years.

Another new girl rider

So this one is in my BRC today and tommorow with Yohnson6 and five other riders. She does not have the usual look of a rider, but she can handle her bike quite well. She will be out there on an old 1982 Kawasaki painted flat "rattle can" black.

With gas prices like they are, I expect to see more of you ladies on bikes

Re: Some nice new girl riders!

Yo...It always seems like the majority of the people in M town are not into stunting and are into curves.....I do both, have wrecked from both, and seen people die from both and let me tell you it is a lot harder of a fall from hitting a corner to hard and slamming into a guard rail than to do a Christ stand at 60 and have to bail off..lol.......just remember riders will wreck be it your fault, the uncontrollable or another driver or rider. So I say do what you do but do it safely as possible and knowing that anything can happen to anyone....

Re: Some nice new girl riders!

OK, so that had NOTHING to do with the increasing number of girl riders coming up.

And by the way, my dear wife just joined the club, she got an almost new Ninja 250 pretty cheap.

So there is one more girl rider out there.............

WATCH FOR BIKES EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their is nothing sexier then women on bikes, doesn't matter the size or type, (that goes for the bike and the girl) I'd love to see Tiffany get into racing, i'd pay to sponser her.

Another girl rider

My dear wife checked out quite a few bikes before she found the one that fit her and she was comfortable enuf to relax on, enableing her to lern on it.

When you guys are trying to HELP your friends learn (girl or not) they have to be comfortable on the bike so they are not scared while trying to get the feel of it.

Here is her nice almost new bike
