Tie a piece of wire to the shifter and tie the other end to your elbow. When you want to shift up just lift your elbow....no down shifting is another story. But I figured out how to up shift so I'll let you figure out how to down.

thats so funny and not a bad idea as for shifting down just use my club foot to do it.

I am down... but I'm also wanting to go for an actual ride. Soooo... I'm a maybe. I get off work at 630 and depending how frisky I'm feeling, who knows where I'll ride to.

No seriously. Everyone who goes is usually there before 8. I have a meeting every Mon that I have to got to. I usually hang out for a little bit and bounce in time to get to the meeting. Those pain meds seem to be doin the trick for ya bro!
