Would that be on the stretch of SH-71 east of Brownlee Dam to the T of SH-86?
BTW, Copperfield Park overlooking the bridge btw OR and ID is a nice spot for
a butt break the next time out that way.

So you guys didn't go north to Hell's Canyon Dam aka Devil's Tail due to time
constraints. I've only gone as far as to the ID side of the bridge over Snake
River. Just never had enough time to head to Hell's Canyon Dam and back again.

Talked to my bud about heading out to the Gateway Cafe from HSB, but it was
already noon so we stayed with the Lowman Loop.

Cambridge/Oxbow is really nice during Spring/early Summer. US-95 absolutely
blows during the hot summer months at least until north of Council.

Apparently there was a fire (aka rush) to leave Flying J and Maverick since I came outside the store and everyone was already geared up and ready to leave but I was able to squeeze in my first set of pics at our second stop, the Maverick station (not sure which town).[/QUOTE]

KSU = Kick Stands UP

So KSU = Leaving the meeting spot at a certain time...not roll in at 11:10 then run in to get something to eat...

Ahhhh...well now I know what KSU means...dee dee dee.

I finished fueling at 10:56 and for some reason I had 11 stuck in my head. I didn't even see you guys till I pulled outta the pump. Either way, my bad. As I said before, all in all it was a good ride other than me forgetting breakfast and being late. Fatkids' gotta eat

Just left Carl's after paying $3 for 1 screw that you and another guy pointed out on Saturdays ride...gotta love the stealerships.

Honestly I had no idea where we were since I've only been in this area for like 3yrs and that was my first time on that route. It was maybe 10 min (sense of time is probably way off)before the area where it starts getting really tight and twists around Oxbow. We saw that at the gas station on the road to Oxbow, but they left before us. It didn't take too long before Linker, Liteone and I caught up to them. Once we passed them we got a chance to talk to them when we were waiting at the T intersection before the dam. They went right, then a few minutes later went left instead. Some of us were talking about taking the left through OR and seeing what's over there, so hopefully we might get another great weekend in like the one we just had.

Meet at Lynn's @ 10 a.m. if you want to join the ride to Flying J, otherwise meet @ Flying J at 10:45 a.m.

Lunch hopefully at the little cafe heading to Oxbow, otherwise in Cambridge. TBD (will need head count so I can call ahead)

If you want b-fast Sunday a.m. again boys and girls - IM me and we can get that going.

Just want to say thanks for arranging this ride. I'm glad I stayed wake for it. I would love to see more Flying J starts. And that little cafe heading to Oxbow was great.
