Sounds good to me. There will be LOTS of sand between lucky peak and IC.

I will pass on all the sand.Would rather ride from Kuna-Melba-Walters Ferry-Grandview and back.Lots less sand on this route except by the park in Melba.

I just went to change my oil and discovered a potential problem. When I popped the oil filter off, about a cup of oil spilled out.....that's it.

I turned the bike on right before I popped the filter to get the oil warm, so I am hoping that its all just trapped in the top of the block and draining down. It started to dribble on and off while I was sitting there, but idk. Going back to check it in an hour.....god I hope it wasn't low....window was fine when I looked last.....

I also broke one of the pop screws.....Suzuki fairings are a nightmare to remove. Its gonna be a good day.

you shouldnt get much outta the oil filter area since its higher than the oil level would be.
i always drain the oiil first then change the filter

WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW.

Apparently its been to long since I have done this....I didn't even pull the plug on the oil pan, I just popped the filter thinking that it was how you drained the oil.

I don't even know what to say at this point.

No you pull the filter raise up the rear end to let it drain. Then you raise the front to pour in the oil before putting the new filter back on. Everyone knows that. What is this drain plug yall are talking about?

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers guys, I got the oil changed. Removing the oil pan bolt makes it exponentially easier.

And make sure, if your aired up your tires last fall, that you take that air out and put spring air in!! Fall air is denser than spring air and really focks things up!!
