I Ride: ...............

"Ride For Life With Rocky" - June 6, 2010

Date: Sunday, June 6, 2010
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Meridian Speedway, Meridian, Idaho

This ride is to raise awareness of motorcycles and to honor the life of Rocky Ducker. I went to high school with Rocky and while I didn't really know him, I was good friends with his sister. Tragically Rocky was killed in a motorcycle accident a few years ago. The family has put this fund raiser together and would like anyone who rides to attend. If you've never done a poker run they are usually pretty fun. Check out their facebook page for more info.

Yea, I would love to show up and show support but I'm not in a good place to spent any more than gas $ right now.

I don't have all the details yet but was told they would be producing a flyer very soon with all the info. Once I get my hands on it I will pass all the specifics on to everyone.

Also, events like these can do great things to raise awareness for our motorcycle community so it would be awesome to see BRN make a huge showing at this.

This is this weekend! I won't be going because the bike isn't registered but just a reminder to everyone else. Johnny Carrinos will be catering. They'd like a good head count for this reason so hit up their facebook page to let em know you're coming!
