I Ride: Buell Firebolt XB12R | HWY 55 Construction Road work will slow down traffic on Highway 55 KTVB.COM Posted on June 1, 2010 at 9:15 AM BOISE -- Road work being done on Highway 55 throughout the month of June, will impact drivers near Horseshoe Bend. Crews will be doing some work on a 400 foot stretch of road on the north side of Horseshoe Bend Hill. The construction will begin in the southbound lanes, closing those lanes and shifting traffic onto the northbound lanes. This will change the road to just one-lane for each direction of traffic. Once that work is finished, they will do the same thing on the other side of the road by closing off the northbound lanes to drivers. Meanwhile, the speed limit will be reduced to 45 miles per hour in the work zone. This construction is expected to be finished by early July. |

Most definitely. I still am keeping it light and not too aggressive because my forks seem out of whack. I also need to replace a rocker box gasket but as soon as the little issues are dealt with it's back to the canyons.
