I Ride: Buell 1125CR/ Harley Davidson Nightster XL1200N

Check back on this thread for photos and video of the ride from my GoPro HD. I only had room on my card for the way up though (DOH!)... I'll try to post some stills as well. Hit me up if you want a copy of the whole thing, It's a HUGE file, like 6.5 Gigs... Nice riding with you guys!

Video

Yeah, it's alot of trouble to find a program that will allow me to edit video from that camera... It may take a couple weeks.

Windows Movie Maker (Part of Windows Live Essentials, uncheck all the other stuff)
http://explore.live.com/windows-live...tials?os=other

Any Video Converter (For those pesky formats that Windows Movie Maker won't handle)
http://www.any-video-converter.com/p...or_video_free/

Or just ditch Windows and install Ubuntu Linux, it comes with a good video editing program.

I've found a proper converter and I can edit with windows movie maker now but I have to get the full version of the converter to convert more than five minutes of video. I'm in the process of aquiring said full version. Shouldn't be too long now.

The converter I linked to above converts unlimited lengths for free...

Good ride guys, thanks for showing. More midweek rides coming soon, the next one I take will most likely be in the evening, and I'd like to stop at the twisties to play for a while. I need to build my confidence level back up, especially in those lefthand turns.

So I went to replace my clutch cable, and somehow managed to crossthread something on the clutch perch which ruined the threads.

&%@#! 20 dollars later...

I have the new clutch perch here, and I go to install it, but notice that the clutch cable rubs the perch right where it broke. It has the incorrect clutch lever, which is why it failed prematurely!

#$%@! This thing is sucking my life away, 20 dollars at a time!

I'd say that's partially true. I must be closing in very soon!

No matter what I do to it in the end though, it's still a Ninja 250.

That would trade strait across with a 1986 Ninja 250 with an incorrect clutch handle! Let me know when you wanna sign the titles off to each other.
