Any romantic places to take a lady?

Does anyone know of any great places nearby to take a lady for a romantic evening of sunset watching? Thanks.

Lots!!! The foothills are filled with good spots. Go up 8th street, bogus, table rock, warm springs to the neighborhoods on the hills, Quail Ridge, the top of a few parking garages downtown...

go to lucky peak toward the turners boat launch. head across the dam and once across turn right and head back toward the discovery park. you will be going down a dirt road and it ends just above the 2 tubes that shoot water in the spring. very quiet and private most of the time has a nice shot of the river and between the canyons toward boise..

My wife gets on here every now and then. If she reads this she will never stop asking why I don't love her enough to make posts like this.

Shaner, I think that tc wants you to send him flowers. You should really show the man how much you appreciate him. Nothing says "I don't take you for granted" like a bunch of purple dasies.

I had a coworker at Dennis Dillon who went to the bar after work, and forgot his wedding anniversary. The next day he comes in all proud of himself. He had stopped by the cemetary off Emerald, jumped the fence and "borrowed" flowers off a gravesite to give to his wife. I'm pretty sure they are divorced now.

My wife exhausted all of my romantic ideas, she sucked the life right out of me and I have nothing left to be able to offer others advice.... Good Luck with that though. Sunrise, sunset, wine, lots and lots of wine, diamonds, cold hard cash?

that is an easy one to deflect.... "If you loved me, why would you ask me such things?......" BWHAHAHAHA

Her: "If you loved me, why don't you buy me flowers?"
Him: "I love you enough to save the money from not buying flowers to pay for all your other (CRAP)!"

Are there any all paved roads up towards bogus that would be mostly secluded? My street bike is not so much a fan of dirt and gravel.

Ok, this might be the weirdest thread...
Here are my thoughts after reading the posts.
Go for a spin up Bogus until you find a good view of the city.

Ok, I have nothing more to add...
