day ride monday 7/26/2010

doing the lowman loop in reverse.
beacon light chevron @ 1000
KSU @ 1030
stop in GV to regroup
food in lowman at new haven restaurant
stop in IC to regroup
home.

actually i enjoy a steady PACE ride as long as it is the pace i wanna run that day.
a minimum of 60 is for when i wanna take it easy, up that by 10-15 for when im feeling frisky, and then there are days that im balls out the whole way through lowman, GV, Banks.
IC and HB is a no fly zone for me.
