After I get out I just might get a S1000RR too and wade it up on Lowman.
Hmmm....it's possible. But my take on this guy - he's not smart enough for that type of planning

I was at big twin today. Apparently the clown on the S1000RR was a fairly new rider and was a rather strange dude, besides being an ex-con. Apparently he has a trust fund that Izmir administered by his family.

Was there more than one crash on GV to lowman hiway this weekend? A coworker said he was headed back from Stanley when a guy on a HD-like bike and a half helmet did the same thing. After he listed off injuries and keeping him alive till the paramedics showed up, he will never think of putting one of those on.

Yeah, about 2 miles up the road from our incident, there was a big group of cruizers, and cafe racers. One of them apparently went over the guardrail into the canyon. I think he got caught by a tree or something, cause it's the part of the canyon where the river is about 200' or so down.

Sort of around this area, but I think a little further towards Lowman.

This is the wreck that I got stopped behind while they scooped him up and lifeflighted him out. It was a 74 Triumph Bonneville.

Oh that was obvious; his riding skills that is. I found it interesting that he was excited about his chicken strips. "I'm not that good, the bike is just that good, look at how far it leans and I don't even have to!" Is a direct quote about his riding ability. As he pointed Loopy, me, and I think that DB Cooper was standing right there to a one inch strip of unscrubbed tire on each side.

Needless to say I was soooooo impressed that I actually considered calling off the wedding with Lee and going for this guy. *snort*

Then as we took off, he passed right between Turboq and I on one wheel (clearly he had no idea how to do a wheelie, it was simply that he goosed his bike and it popped up on him). He totally split the middle of our lane right between us. Came so close to me I could have kicked him as he went by.

The guy is a complete boner.

I believe this guy was part of the vintage motorcycle event that Grumbler had posted. Bikeless, my little girl and I went down to this. She was standing in line for a beer and heard some talking about one of the racers had crashed and was Lifeflighted out.

Tell him to join up here on BRN. If we are going to talk about the poor sap, he might as well have a chance to chime in.

I saw the bike up on the rack at Big Twin yesterday when I stopped by for some parts. Bike totaled (frame damage) but any of us would just put new plastics on it and some touchup paint then keep riding. I heard he wants a completely new bike.
