Come on! It's summer! Everyone needs to wake up earlier and ride! I'm heading up there here in about an hour. The earlier the cooler. Mid-day = hot as balls!

They were out if full force today...2 motor bikes and car at the entrance of IC. I did my best helmet tap to Gem STate ST on his way up the backside from GV. (I was snail pace behind the Harley group.) Return ride home a nice couple on a Victory got picked off unfortunately at the bottom of the loop towards IC....chatted with them at the gas station in IC and mentioned he got written up for 58 in 45 and was going extremely slow in the corners. No knees down today..... |

i would just like to say that the whole ADA County full force patrolling is really F&^%ing annoying. We only have a couple loops worth riding here, and they are spoiling our fun. I havnt been on the loop in over a month. We really need a track around here!!! Sorry just felt like venting for a minute

I had a great ride. I was the first sportbike (me thinks) that did it on the 21st (it's morning of the 22nd now) and only saw 3 sport bikes on my way back. Warned them of the cops up ahead but on my way there and back I only saw 3 state troopers. Hope you all ended well. I had a great ride ![]() ps... rider earlier! It's hot out because... well... it's summer! Wake your asses up! Otherwise I'll be riding solo more. Haha Oh well. Hope you had a great ride! I did |

The blues duo played at a private party last night that had a couple BPD and ACSD employees in the crowd. Rumor has it the added enforcement will end after Labor day weekend. As always, I'm very hesitant to post this on the ol' information superhighway as now EVERYBODY ( as in friend and foe of atheletic riding) has access to it. Also heard that their plan is to aggressively target M/C riders, just as we all have feared, and to strictly enforce the speed limits with no "5 mph over" grace factor. I was working them for as much info as I could get and as soon as they found out that we were both riders the conversations dried up and they got kinda a bad attitude towards us. Of course that was after I shared my attraction and affection for victimless civil disobedience! WTF is next!!!! Last edited by Bluesrider1; 08-22-2010 at 10:58 AM. |
