Instead of hi-jacking Redstar's and PoltArt's thread, thought I would start my own.

Don't laugh too hard, or just don't let me know about

Sweet man! My shoulder would dislocate first time I had the bike throw me around like that lol.

have you done your idle or the air box mod yet?

Yes i have done the airbox mod, if you are talking about the clean air mod. I am thinking i need to tape off one side of the box.

Haven't done the idle mod yet, as i am a ways away from catching idle.

yeah thats wat i ment, the clean air mod. dude u might has well do it if you r already scraping. i was turning my idle up b4 i was catching idle, even b4 i scraped for the first time. wats your plans for monday?

I saw no difference in low end torque with this "mod". BTW I wanted to go out last sunday but couldn't get ahold of anyone

hmmmm. I have been working up the nerve to try a wheelie. maybe all I need is some instruction and peer pressure. I read some where that if I get to a 25 mph roll and rev&pop the clutch. she'll stand right up for me.do I need a special carb and petcock for that?

not talking about taping up 1 hole in you air box, was just couldnt remember it was the clean air mod. @ the moment im working all sundays so i gotta find some time during the week .

Here is day 3 practicing. Thanks for Shane for coming out and taping/taking pictures of me. Couple of close calls today. But getting that rear brake down now, just need to lighten up on the tap. Saved a couple close 12s.
