o trust me i'm avoiding it at all costs! but in return that means I don't breath...or i take lil breaths...if i try to take a normal breath it tickles my throat which ='s nikki coughing then nikki wanting to cry

have you tried drinking warm tea with a little honey and lemon the lemon will calm your throat down

It will help Gatorade is not going to sooth your throat it is going to irratate it.

I had the same crap. Had to go to Dr. to get drugs and it took over 2 weeks to get rid of it. Good luck.
