josh, why must you single out the girls? i remember when you were learning on your f4, you werent that great either. im sure rhonda has a few pictures that could be passed around to the class. everyone has to start somewhere and it is amazing how people forget that when they get a few compliments. if you really feel like you are that much better than everyone else how about helping people learn instead of criticizing them.

bre, you are doing just fine. take your time and do it at your comfort level just like you are, you will get more and more comfortable just as everyone else does. be glad you dont get to experience the first nut rack on the gas tank when you fell like you are going to go over backwards. all of us guys that have done wheelies have experienced that one i am sure. keep it up and practice as much as you can.

yes please pass them around! they are just shy of balance point where I couldn't seem to get to but since day one my wheel has always been in the air been riding bike's since I was twelve and then still I could never ride anywhere without the front tire in the air.

this is nowhere near the balance point....something to think about when you criticize others. you had to go through the same learning curve too

Just to let everyone know josh apologized guess it was a case of mistaken identity he thought I was bailey (wow lol thought I had a better figure and was way cuter than that) and posted on it before he read the caption.

Re: KATNIP's first attempts at clutching it up

I have the same photo don but if you really wanna go there I can bring video into this at the same time..... actually that photo was takin in spring behind home depot. that was a early shot as i came up. and I have video of the year before to back your photo "well my photo up".

And if i'm not mistakin me and you were the only two that could do a wheelie that whole strech. I didn't have much of a "learning curve as you think" 90% of it was on the dirt!

Re: KATNIP's first attempts at clutching it up

Hey, good job on the wheelies. Many people don't ever have the courage to even attempt them so you're already way ahead of many. And don't let anyone get you down. Take the good advice and use it. Take the bad and discard it. And I don't care what anybody says, NOBODY was even close to great the very first time they tried stunting, NOBODY! You're doing just fine.

josh, i have the whole sequence of pictures...give it up dude. that was a shit wheelie and you know it. hell i remember when you had the green katana and you couldnt even wheelie it at all. hell i still call you "kermit killer" from time to time. just stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution.

Yes don please post the whole sequence since i do as well have the same picture's! and now go to that exact picture notice where I'm standing and now look where my left hand isin relationto the hand brake! yes a learning curve! you caught me learning! yea for me. ALSO let this be metioned do you remember why I was out there that day

DO you give up??

That was the first day on my new setup! 60 tooth and hand brake!
\

yep guess so It was a learning curve that day but still rode as long as you did!

Don both of us are not going to stop. we are both bullheaded and stubarn.

Oh yeah that thing and can ayone claim they an wheelie a 500 lb pig in second , stock gearing? I could for first not second and you knew this. so don't even go there That is when you met me and never saw me when I owned an r1 and an r6.......

Re: KATNIP's first attempts at clutching it up

well after all that b.s..... what I was trying to say is good work, dont be afraid of your bikes weight just be careful and take it slow. I am not that big 5 10'' 155 and I ride a 600 on purpose partially because 1000's are just too big and heavy for what i need it to do. when i first started riding i was very timid at the weight as well. Just because you have a guy help you spin your bike around or nudge you up an incline doesnt make you inferior. My point about riding in a straight line wheelies etc. was weight makes very little difference , just use good body position and take it slow.......

watch my video of what not to do

And Bre, we're all here to support you and help you get better. DONT EVER be afraid to get out and take time to learn because if there's people in the crowd who talk sh!t, F them. We arent as strong as the guys and I dont think its always understood how much of a weight advantage the bikes have over us.

I encourage you to get out in front of everyone at WPS and do your thing. Anyone who talks sh!t on someone trying to LEARN can take it up with me, personally. Bring it.

If you dont try, you always fail.

Much love girl!!
