Stunt 55-60 tooth sprocket

If I go up that high am i REQUIRED to replace the chain because of length issues. My guess is probably.
Stunters... Where can I find an "inexpensive" , not to be confused with "cheap" rear sprocket?

Thanks for the idea!. Can anyone comment on the cons of the chain not being an "X" or "O" ring chains. With the nature of stunting being a slow activity while drag racing is the opposite i feel its safe to assume that it would be sufficient for my application. I find comfort in the fact if the chain faiils that it would be a hassle vs a catastrophe. Worst case would be a failure in a burnout. Im gonna wait for a few more perspectives before purchasing a sprocket a la carte vs in a kit. Thanks again Lost!

more or less its chain life as i understood it o rings help prevent ware and tear. o ring chain maybe 2 years, non o ring yeaar maybe a year and a half. i havent had any problems with mine so far and ive ran it pretty hard

since you already have the R1 as your street killer, do the 60t sprocket. I am running 15t-50t and its still too fast for the super slow stuff. you are 16t-43t stock. so since you are 1 higher in front, just do the 60t and lot that bike out!

Stuntlife classified have the best deal on anything stunt. from cage to sprockets. check it out.

the purpose of a chain with any design of O ring is to keep debris out and lubrication in. with or without has no effect on the structural integrity of the chain. if you are gonna run a non O ring chain (and i have on my stunt bike) you just need to care for it more than usual. keep it clean and well lubed etc.
oh and keeping your stunt bike off dirt roads, sand traps, mud puddles, and burrow ditches might be a good idea as well.

I just purchased one from www.supersproxusa.com for $79. I ordered a stock 47t. However, they also sell "stunt" sprockets in 55t, 60t and 70t. The reason I went with them was because theirs is a hybrid with an aluminum center (weight reduction) and steel teeth (longetivity).

I have seen those as well. Very well designed. To suit my personal needs, cost is a higher ranking factor than cutting edge design. I could however benefit from a "steal" on a steel 60 to 65 tooth. I rode Baileys 50 tooth and will be needing far more Umph to get that 6R up. Keep your eyes open for me guys. As as always... Ballin on a budget! Holla!

you need to make sure you get a chain with a high enough tensile strength or you will be going through them left and right
